Church Multiplication Office Thought

See a brief message from Todd Sovine.
(Director of Church Multiplication)

During this season, we remember the love of the Father, who sent the Son to incarnate among those created to bring him glory. Who in your Judea and Samaria needs your church to send some to incarnate there? John 20:21 still echoes in the halls of the church.

"Again Jesus said, 'Peace be with you! As the Father has sent me,
I am sending you.'

Let’s talk!

LEAD Modules

Please see below a message from LEAD introducing their new modules.

We wanted to share some changes we’re making to the LEAD program and invite you to connect about how they will impact the current students in your district and future ministry leaders.

The most significant shift is moving from the LEAD program's “all-or-nothing” sequence to a modular model. You and I know that relationships are the pathway for personal and spiritual transformation, and so in the past, we’ve emphasized committing to an entire 2 ½ year journey in LEAD. We still hold to this value of relationships; however, we’ve found a need to become more flexible in order to serve our students better. Those who have life situations arise, or need to take a break, or just can’t finish the whole program were unintentionally required to take too many (though probably needed) steps back.

Our modules give our students more on ramps and off ramps for their ministry development. It creates a new flexibility that we’re excited about! Not only for our students but our cohort directors as well. Some cohort directors will desire to journey with students through the entire process from one module to another, but some will become experts in their area of equipping.

These modules also allow the program to become 2 years instead of 2 ½ years. The values are still the same. The relationships are still strong. And the new structure allows the transformation to be even greater in our students.

Additionally, the modules will be LESS EXPENSIVE and more affordable for our students. Like MASSIVELY less expensive

Joy For All People!

See below a video from the National Office reminding us that this good news is for both the world's unreached peoples on the other side of the globe and our neighbors nearby.

Every single person matters to God. Together, let’s join Him in the work of proclaiming this good news to all the world.
