NextGen Ministry Conference is an affordable and practical one-day training designed to equip and encourage adult volunteers who work with kids and youth (the “next generation”) in Central District Alliance Churches.
Designed with busy adult volunteers in mind, the conference provides encouragement through worship, prayer, and fellowship and provides practical training through workshops on topics like working with parents, making disciples, partnering with schools, preparing lessons, reaching out, etc.
In addition to training adults, NextGen Ministry Conference offers a workshop track to equip high school students who volunteer in children’s and youth ministry.
