District Conference Details

It's hard to believe that our 2024 District and Prayer Conference is just around the corner. We are so grateful to spend this time together as a district family! 

Below you will find additional details and reminders.

• Upon arrival at conference this year, you will receive a District Survey by either a QR Code or a hard copy, your choice.   We ask that you complete the survey to assist our office, so that we can best serve you and your church.

• Registration begins Monday, September 9th at 10:00am and conference will begin promptly at 1:00pm.

• If you have purchased meals, you will receive your meal tickets upon registration. 

• If you are staying at Beulah, you will receive your room key upon registration.

• We are looking forward to our Connection Time as a District Family Tuesday evening, September 10th.  This will include a bonfire (weather permitting), games, gym and hanging out.  Please bring a favorite board or card game to share.

Parking at Beulah Beach: Please do NOT park on the streets. This is a fire hazard that we need to avoid.
