• If you have any issues of concern which you'd like to be discussed or considered by a committee, please contact the chairman of the committee by Friday, August 2nd, 2024 to be added to the agenda.

Lay Delegates

• Lay Delegate forms must be signed and submitted to our office by Friday, August 9th, 2024.

• Please forward information regarding our Central District and Prayer Conference to your Governing Board Secretary.

Display Tables

• Deadline to reserve a display table space is Thursday, August 15th, 2024.
