District Conference 2024 Administrative Reports

  • All committees will once again convene, prior to District Conference. 

  • If you have any issues of concern which you’d like to be discussed or considered by a committee, please contact the chairman of the committee by Friday, August 2nd to be added to the agenda.

Please Remember:

  • All licensed workers are required to attend District Conference.  Permission for an absence must be submitted in writing and granted by the District Superintendent. 

  • We'd appreciate any guests, that you are aware of, register at https://cdcma.org/district-conference-2024, this allows us to be better prepared when they arrive.   If they do not get registered, they are still welcome to attend conference.

  • Be sure to sign in at the registration table when you arrive on Monday, September 9th.  

  • The first session will begin at 1:00 p.m.   

  • Be sure to send in your lay delegate forms if you have not already done so.  Deadline is August 9th, 2024.

  •  We would love to eat together as a district family while at Beulah Beach.  Advance registration is required.  For onsite meal options and pricing please see attached Reservation Form.
