Rekindle Retreat

 
 

Rekindle is a Retreat designed for
Central District licensed workers and their spouses.

 

Come and enjoy marriage enrichment, rest, relaxation, connection with our district family, worship and opportunities for prayer. Our guest speakers for this year are Michelle and Sam Park from the Metro District.

Rekindle 2025 will be Monday, February 24th–Wednesday, February 26th, at the Carlisle Inn located in Sugarcreek, OH.

To register by mail, please complete this form and send it with payment to the Central District Office at 1231 High St, Wadsworth, OH 44281. Please write, "Rekindle 2025" on the memo line.

Registration deadline is January 15th, 2025.

Bylaws Workshop

  • If your current church's bylaws are over eight years old, we recommend a review take place. There are some helpful bylaws that you are strongly encouraged to consider that keep us more fully aligned with The Alliance.

  • Plan to send 2-3 people from your church to the Bylaws Workshop to begin that review process.

Alliance Peacemaking Training Level 1
March 1st, 2025 | Central District Office

  • All are welcome! Pastors, Lay Leaders, Elders, Potential Leaders and anyone currently in the Consecration & Ordination process, as this fulfills one of their requirements.

  • Learn how to walk through conflict in a way that honors God and fosters transformation, forgiveness, and reconciliation. This is a one-day seminar for both leaders and laypeople.

Alliance Women Spring Event: Be Bold!
March 15th, 2025 | Hudson OH, Wooster OH, Buckhannon WV

  • Join with others in your region to Be Bold in impacting the world for Christ! Hear International Worker testimonies, an encouraging devotional, plus enjoy brunch, worship and fellowship.

    • Buckhannon Alliance Church (Buckhannon, WV)

Church Mobilization Training
March 15th, 2025 | Central District Office

  • All are welcome! Pastors, Lay Leaders, Elders, Potential Leaders and anyone currently in the Consecration & Ordination process, as this fulfills one of their requirements.

  • God has called his people to be on mission with him in this world. This Church Mobilization Training is designed to equip leaders for greater kingdom advancement. You will learn the seven practices for being a mobilized ministry as well as practical ways to enable the church to seek the transformation of one another and the spiritually lost world around them.

Deeper Life: Senior Retreat
March 19th-21st, 2025 | Carlisle Inn, Sugarcreek, OH

  • This retreat is designed for the senior adults in your churches, please promote this to them as more information becomes available.

  • The Deeper Life Retreat is planned with you in mind! We gather each year to learn how God is working in each of our lives. We make new friends, have wonderful times of fellowship, sing the great hymns of the past and enjoy delicious Amish cooking! 

  • Speaker: Jeff Miller, Ohio Valley District Superintendent.

LIFE 2025 Financial Grant

 
 

LIFE is a gathering for the next generation Alliance family to experience God and expand His kingdom locally and globally.

LIFE seeks to:

  • GLORIFY God in worship, word, and community.

  • INTRODUCE Jesus Christ into the whole life of each student.

  • EXPOSE God's heart for the lost.

  • INSPIRE students to join the global Alliance family.


The Central District would like to support students and leaders in financial need to attend LIFE. We will subsidize up to $300 per student / $500 per leader, with a maximum of $3,000 per church.

Please note: This grant is also available to those who have already applied to the National Office grant.
 

We will process these as we receive them and award scholarships at the end of each month beginning now until the funds are gone or registration closes.
