To Those Who Lift the Incense of Prayer on Behalf of Church Planting,
God is at work.
McDowell County Project – After recently seeing some doors miraculously opened in the school system, we have seen three more teachers hired. So we have a total of five teachers and one other couple who are committed to see this county saturated with the Gospel of Jesus. Pray for the development, fellowship and impact of this group. Pray also for wisdom for when we should deploy a church planter into the area.
Hope Church (Gordon Meier & Jim Garber, Brunswick, OH) - The Lord continues to meet this young church in powerful ways each week. Pray that the community hierarchy would quickly approve the needed renovation plans for the building that they want to meet in. Pray also for the financial needs of this build out project.
Missio Dei Church (BJ Erps & Mark White, Huntington, WV) – This Sunday they will host their third public service. Pray that the name of the Lord will be lifted up and people of all walks of life will be drawn to Him.
Rosedale Alliance Church (Trevor Morris, Rosedale, WV) – Praise the Lord. A young man prayed to receive Christ in recent weeks. This is the first fruit in a long time. Pray also for housing needs for Pastor Trevor and his family.
SXT – Strategic Multiplication Training (church planting boot camp) will be held November 10th – 14th at Beulah Beach. There are 37 people registered from four different districts. Pray that God would prepare their hearts and that much fruit for the Kingdom will be the result of this training.
We rejoice with Living Water Church, (Doug Hogan, Philippi, WV) and Faith Alliance Bible Church (John Malone, Cleveland, Ohio) as both of these churches have seen the hand of God bring great stability to their ministries and they have now moved on to full church status.
