Strategic Training for Emerging Potential
Purpose:
This program is designed to provide academic training, experience, and leadership development to future church leaders, pastors and church planters.
Primary Areas of Development:
Personal and Spiritual Development: an emphasis will be placed on individual spiritual growth and development. Areas to include:
- Accountability
- Spiritual Growth with emphasis on prayer and Holy Spirit dependence
- Family Life and priorities
Ministerial: Focus will be given to develop interpersonal, disciple-making and shepherding skills in ministering to people within the local church context.
Educational: We believe that education is beneficial to the discipling process and that leaders should be exposed to high level, accredited theological education.
CUGN:
The Central District has reached an agreement with the newly formed Christian University GlobalNet. CUGN combines RBC's Christian Courses series with the leader in distance theological education, The Institute of Theological Studies. CUGN's courses are already accepted by many colleges and seminaries, including Nyack and A.T.S.
COST:
The cost per 2 hour course is only $40. The total cost for our 30 hour program is only $600.
