Strategic Development

Strategic Development is for leaders who have a desire to grow in their skills related to gaining and maintaining organizational momentum through catalytic vision/mission development and deployment. Typically strategic and tactical development will be coached in unison.

Leaders will:

Assess, in partnership, the current clarity, health and momentum of the vision within the organization they serve
Gain an increased understanding of vision development
Gain an increased understanding of vision deployment
Gain an increased clarity on the role of leadership in organizational momentum
Develop and track a plan for vision deployment in their organization
