A. Personality & Leadership Assessment
Using a personalized selection of assessments, leaders will discover how God has uniquely shaped their strengths, needs, values, weaknesses, passions and leadership styles. Personality and Leadership assessments are best used within the context of a coaching relationship but are also available as a "stand alone" option for leaders in the Central District. B. Staff Team Assessment
Team chemistry and communication are vital to the forward movement of an organization. Staff Team Assessment is personalized for the size and structure of individual teams and will yield clarity of team strengths, challenges, communication styles and potential danger areas. Guided team discussions are valuable after completing the team assessment process and both coaching (someone else facilitating the discussions) or facilitation services are available. C. Ministry Fit Assessment
For leaders in the early stages of their journey, clarity on ministry area fit is vital to making good decisions about how and where they will minister most effectively.
