You should have received an email on May 30th from our office with information regarding District Conference. If for some reason you did not receive this email, please reach out to our office. 
 

Lay Delegates - FINAL REMINDER

• Lay Delegate forms must be signed and submitted to our office by tomorrow, Friday, August 9th, 2024.

• Click here to view the Letter to the Governing Board Secretary, Lay Delegate form, and Lay Delegate numbers for churches!

• Please forward information regarding our Central District and Prayer Conference to your Governing Board Secretary.

 
Display Tables - FINAL REMINDER

• Deadline to reserve a display table space is next Thursday, August 15th, 2024.

• Please email Mariah Kulton ( [email protected] ) to reserve a table for Conference 2024!

 
Meals & Lodging Reservation Form

Please note:

1. Cottages are no longer available at Beulah Beach, however there are rooms in the Lodge still available.

2. If you are collecting various reservations for your church, please submit these after you have collected your final numbers as we want to keep from sending in several edits or add-ons to Beulah Beach.

• Deadline to submit your Lodging and/or Meal reservations is next Friday, August 16th, 2024.
